From invisible to AI-ready
in days, not months

Heather Technologies had the products, the customers, and the credentials. The AI engines just couldn't see any of it. Here's exactly how ClickRadius changed that — every number measured by the analyzer.

The challenge

Heather Technologies Corporation is a CPUC-certified Women's Business Enterprise and SBA-certified EDWOSB distributor of fiber, copper, and data-center network infrastructure — serving government and commercial buyers across all 50 states. A strong business that was nearly invisible to generative engines.

Structured data the crawlers couldn't read

The site's schema was injected by a browser-side script — so search engines and AI crawlers, which read the raw HTML before any JavaScript runs, saw none of it. Machine-readable authority: effectively zero.

Nothing for an AI engine to cite

The homepage AI-Readiness signal scored a 5 / 100: no cited quotations, no sourced statistics, no references, no Article schema — none of the things generative engines look for when they decide what to quote.

A thin, non-citable footprint

Roughly 10 pages, most of them empty placeholder templates. There was almost no substantive, crawlable content for an engine to pull an answer from.

A dead integration

The platform connection itself was broken (an expired Admin token), so nothing could be deployed until the pipeline was repaired and made self-healing.

What ClickRadius did

Made the business legible to the engines your customers now ask — entirely server-side, entirely verified, with no fabricated facts.

Server-side structured data

Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and TechArticle schema rendered directly in the raw HTML — visible to every crawler and AI engine.

A citable homepage

A real H1, substantive copy, a sourced expert quote, accurate ANSI/TIA and SBA citations, and verified statistics — every figure checked against the company's own records.

Machine-readable credentials

The WBE (#2200025) and EDWOSB (#2026079) certifications and CAGE code encoded as schema entities, so AI engines can cite Heather's credentials directly.

Credentialed expert content

An expert blog authored by a BICSI RCDD, with Person and credential schema for genuine E-E-A-T author authority — generated under strict accuracy controls.

A ~60× content footprint

From ~10 pages to 595 crawlable network-infrastructure pages and guides, all listed in the search-engine and AI-agent sitemaps — the substantive corpus engines quote from.

A self-healing connection

The dead Admin token was replaced with a credential flow that auto-mints and refreshes itself, so the integration can't silently break again.

The results

Every category measured by the ClickRadius analyzer, before and after.

Total AI/content cost

Content cost is the actual AI spend read from the ClickRadius usage ledger — roughly 4–5¢ per 1,000–1,500-word guide, versus $50–$300+ for a manually written one.

How we measure — and stay honest

ClickRadius reads the rendered HTML — exactly what Google and the AI engines see — not an admin panel or a checklist. Every score here is produced by the same production analyzer any visitor can run on their own site.

Live, re-runnable metrics

Scores come straight from the analyzer and the live storefront, timestamped and reproducible — not hand-entered or projected.

No fabricated facts

Every statistic and citation is verified against the company's own records. Where a number couldn't be confirmed, it was left out rather than invented.
