Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: name, email address, business name, phone number (when you sign up)
• Payment information: handled and stored by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card number
• Website information: URLs you submit for analysis, WordPress credentials if you authorize auto-fix deployment, schema preferences, content briefs
• Communications: emails, support requests, partner inquiries

Information Collected Automatically

• Free scanner usage: URL submitted for analysis, scan results, IP address, browser user agent, timestamp
• Service usage: log data, feature usage, error reports
• Cookies: session cookies for authentication; analytics cookies (you can decline non-essential cookies)

Information About Your Clients (Agency Partners Only)

If you are an agency partner submitting client websites for white-label fulfillment, we collect the client’s website URL, business type, and any access credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have your client’s consent to share this information with us.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the ClickRadius platform: scan websites, generate fixes, deploy schema, monitor citations, produce reports
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates
• Process payments and manage billing
• Improve our products through aggregated usage analysis
• Send marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services We Use

To deliver the ClickRadius platform, we use the following third-party providers. Their privacy policies apply to data we share with them:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI content generation, fact-checking, citation monitoring. Privacy policy.

• Cloudflare — DNS, security, optional schema deployment. Privacy policy.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With third-party service providers listed above, to operate the platform
• If required by law (subpoena, court order, government investigation)
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale) — we will notify you in advance
• With your explicit consent

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Free scan data not associated with an account is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information

• Portability: receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the legal bases for our processing include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing), and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage of credentials, JWT-based authentication, and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

ClickRadius is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
